BAPE® CARD membership Terms of Use
Article 1 Application of these Terms
This membership agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) is provided by Noware Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”).BAPE This applies to our company and Members with regard to the use of the service (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") provided to paid CARD members and free Visitor members (hereinafter referred to as "Members").
Our company specifies separately in addition to these Terms.BAPE OFFICIAL WEB SITE (hereinafter referred to as this site) Terms of Use andA BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER Terms of Use (BAPE CARD paid members only) and the personal information protection policy shall also form part of these Terms (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Terms). In the event that the provisions of these Terms of Use conflict with the provisions of the applicable Terms of Use, etc., the provisions of the applicable Terms of Use, etc. shall take precedence over the provisions of these Terms of Use, and matters not stipulated in the applicable Terms of Use, etc. shall be covered by these Terms of Use. The provisions apply.
Members shall comply with Full Terms, etc. when using The Service.
Article 2 Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company may make changes to Full Terms, etc. at any time without prior notice to members, and members shall consent to such changes in advance.
Article 3 Members
A member is an individual who has fully accepted the contents of the Full Terms, etc., applies for membership registration according to our set procedures, and whose application has been approved by The Company.
Article 4 Membership Registration
Those who wish to become a member shall apply for membership registration from the membership registration page of this site according to the method specified by our company.
When using a credit card within this service, the member must comply with the terms and conditions of the credit card company selected by the member.
Article 5 Conditions for Membership
In any of the following circumstances, your membership registration application may be declined.
(1) For those not residing in Japan
(2) If you have not approved these terms and conditions
(3) If there is any falsehood in the membership registration application
(4) If the product is purchased for the purpose of resale.
(5) For corporate applications
(6) If your membership has been canceled in the past.
(7) In other cases where our company deems it inappropriate as a member.
Article 6 Changes to Registration Information
If there is a change in some of the registered information, the member shall promptly notify the member of the change in the registered information.
We will not be held responsible for any disadvantages caused to members due to failure to change registered details.
Article 7 Prohibitions
Members shall not engage in the following actions.
(1) Acts that interfere with the operation of services related to this site, or acts that are likely to do so.
(2)Acts of illegally using user IDs and passwords
(3) Acts of purchasing products for the purpose of resale, or acts that are deemed to be resale acts.
(4) Any act that infringes or may infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of other members, third parties, or our company.
(5) Any act that causes or may cause inconvenience, damage, or disadvantage to our company, other members, or third parties
(6)Acts of using this service by fraudulently using credit services
(7) Holding multiple accounts of the same member and adding up points
(8)Other acts that our company deems inappropriate.
Article 8 Annual membership fee, member benefits (BAPE CARD paid members only)
Members must pay an annual membership fee (3,300 yen, tax included) to our company. In the case of direct debit, the payment will be automatically transferred from the financial institution account registered at the time of joining. (The same applies to payments of annual membership fees from the following year onwards.) If paying by credit card, please access the website and make the payment. Annual membership fees once paid will not be refunded, regardless of the reason.
We grant the following benefits to our members.
①BAPE Online shopping on the OFFICIAL website
②Distribution of conditional coupons (irregular)
③Distribution of conditional coupons valid for one month of the member's birth month (once a year)
④Other special benefits
* Please note that the issuance of membership cards ended as of April 2020. Membership status is managed through the membership system.
Article 9 Cancellation of Membership
If a member is found to fall under any of the following reasons, The Company may immediately revoke membership without prior notice.
(1) If the reason for exclusion from membership as set forth in Article 5 of these Terms and Conditions applies
(2) If you commit any of the acts prohibited under Article 7 of these Terms of Use.
(3) If there is a delay in the performance of payment obligations such as fees related to this service, inability to receive products and services for a long period of time, or other defaults.
(4) If you violate any of the provisions of these Terms.
(5) In other cases where our company deems it inappropriate as a member.
Article 10 Management of ID and password
Members shall manage their user IDs and passwords at their own risk.
Members shall not lend, transfer, disclose or leak their user ID and password to a third party.
Members shall be responsible for any damage caused by insufficient management of user IDs and passwords, errors in use, use by third parties, etc., and the Company shall not be held responsible in any way.
If a member discovers that their user ID and password are being used illegally by a third party, they must immediately contact us.
Article 11 Withdrawal

Our company will not refund paid annual membership fees to those who withdraw.
Article 12 Disclaimer
Direct mail and other communications sent to members shall be sent to the address registered by the member, and The Company shall be exempt from liability once the communication is sent to the registered address.
Article 13 Termination of Service
Our company may terminate this service for service operational reasons or other reasons. In this case, members will be notified in advance. However, this does not apply in case of emergency.
The Company shall not be liable for any damage to the Member arising from the termination of the Service pursuant to this article.
Article 14 Use of This Site

Article 15 Use of PREMIUM VOUCHER (BAPE CARD paid members only)
For details on the terms and conditions regarding how to use the A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER issued through The Service, please refer to the A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER Terms of Use on This Site.
Article 16 Use of personal information
Regarding the use of The Service, for information on how The Company handles members' personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy on This Site.
Article 17 Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute between The Company and a member, both parties shall try to resolve it in good faith, and if it is difficult to resolve and litigation becomes necessary, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court with exclusive jurisdiction of first instance.
Article 18 Governing law
The interpretation and application of The Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
Article 19 Miscellaneous
The method of communication between The Company and the members shall, in principle, be conducted through the BAPE OFFICIAL WEBSITE.
