How to transfer your account to the new bape.com

Bape.com was relaunched on May 2020, 5. Bape.com members can transfer their accounts. Visitor members can transfer their customer information.BAPE® For CARD members, in addition to customer information,BAPE® CARD membersYou can continue using the card with the expiration date.

1: Transition to transition screen

You will be redirected to the migration procedure page from the login screen or member registration screen.

 

2: Enter your membership number and date of birth

Please enter your bape.com membership number and date of birth on the following screen. If the membership number and date of birth match, you can proceed with the transfer process.

If you forget your membership number, you will need to register as a new visitor member. In this case, you will not be able to register with the email address you previously used on bape.com.BAPE® If you are a CARD member and have forgotten your ID, please contact us at bapecard@bape.com with your name, date of birth, and email address.

 

2: Enter your email address (only for customers who have not registered an email address)

Customers who have no email address registered on the old bape.com account or who have multiple accounts with the same email address will need to enter their email address. This flow will be skipped for customers who have an email address associated with the relevant account.

3: Check your email

An account activation email will be sent to your registered email address. Click the "Activate Account" button in the email.

If you are using a mobile carrier email address, please make sure you have enabled email reception from webstore@bape.com.

If you have registered an email address that cannot be received, or if you are unable to receive emails for some reason, please change your email address and register as a new member again.BAPE® If you are a CARD member, please contact bapecard@bape.com with your name, membership number, date of birth, and email address.

 

4: Set password

Please enter the password you would like to use on bape.com after the email link. After the renewal, you will need to log in using your email address and password.

Frequently asked questions about account transfer

Q1: Can I register without an email address?

An email address is required because new bape.com uses an email address as your login ID.

 

Q2: Will my member information be carried over?

Customer information (name, address, phone number, date of birth, etc.)BAPE® CARD contract information (BAPE® CARD members only) will be carried over.
Past order history will not be carried over.

 

Q3: I forgot my membership number.

If you are a Visitor Member, please register as a new member. In this case, you will not be able to register with the email address you used in the past on bape.com.BAPE® If you are a CARD member and have forgotten your ID, please contact us at bapecard@bape.com with your name, date of birth, and email address.

 

Q3: I did not receive the activation email.

There may be an error in the email address you registered in the past, or your mobile carrier email server may have rejected your email or sent it to the spam folder. Q4: Can I use the renewal bonus coupon without transferring my account?

We also distribute similar coupons to those who register as new members.

 

Q5: My member number is included in my name.

If your name in Chinese characters is not registered on bape.com, if a duplicate email address is registered, or if an invalid email address is registered, your membership number may be assigned to your name. We apologize for the inconvenience, but when placing an order, please correct your name to the correct information.

 

Q6: I have migrated, but my member information has not been carried over.

Member information may not be transferred properly. Please log in and enter your details from My Page below.
