A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER Terms of Use
The A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER service is a benefit for GOLD CARD members of the BAPE® CARD program, allowing them to receive discounts when purchasing products at A BATHING APE® official stores.
Article 1 Purpose
1. The A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER Terms of Use establishes the rules for using the A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER issued by NOWHERE Co., Ltd.
2. By accepting the BAPE® CARD membership terms and registering as a GOLD CARD member of the BAPE® CARD member service, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms of this agreement.
Hereinafter A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER Terms of Use is referred to as The Terms, NOWHERE Co., Ltd. is referred to as The Company, and A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER service provided by The Company shall be referred to as the The Service.
Article 2 Issuance of A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER
1. The Company will issue A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER to BAPE® CARD GOLD CARD members in accordance with the criteria set by The Company.
2. The types, details, and number of A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHERS issued to customers by The Company may be determined at the discretion of The Company.
3. Even if the A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER sent by mail does not reach the BAPE® CARD GOLD CARD member due to an address change or loss of mail, The Company will not reissue it. Please be aware of this in advance.
Article 3 Use of A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER
1. Customers can use the A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER to pay for part of the purchase price of products at designated stores operated by The Company.
2. Customers may use the number of A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER vouchers specified by The Company during a single transaction. Additionally, the timing of use, details, and other specifics are determined by The Company.
3. A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
Article 4 Important notes on use of A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER
1.A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER can only be used at the store during in-store purchases. It cannot be used for online orders. It cannot be used for online orders and telephone mail-order sales, where you call the physical store and have products delivered to your home.
2. Even if the purchase amount is less than the value of the A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER, no refund will be given for the difference.
3. They cannot be used in conjunction with other discount services.
4. They cannot be used during sale periods.
5. Copies of A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER may not be used.
6. A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER cannot be resold or transferred.
7. If you return a product after using A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER, The Company will not refund voucher unless in cases of defects. The Company will only refund the amount actually paid.
8. Any vouchers without an expiration date will be considered invalid.
Article 5 A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER expiration date
Notwithstanding Article 3, Paragraph 2 of The Terms, A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER is valid from the date of issuance until the expiration date set by The Company. A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER that has passed its expiration date will be considered invalid. (There will be no notice from The Company.)
Article 6 A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER cancellations
1. If you lose your BAPE® CARD GOLD CARD membership rights or if you cancel your membership, any A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER in your possession will automatically become invalid.
2. The Company may revoke any A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER you have earned if any of the following conditions apply:
A. If you have obtained the A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER through fraudulent means.
B. If, due to operational troubles or other issues, it is reasonably determined that you have been granted an A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER that you were not originally entitled to.
C. Additionally, if The Company determines that cancellation is appropriate for any other reason
Article 7 Request for refund due to unauthorized use
If a customer uses A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER obtained through unauthorized means, The Company reserves the right to directly request a refund for the benefits gained by the customer.
Article 8 Disclaimer
1. When issuing A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER in accordance with The Terms, The Company accepts no responsibility for any damages arising from its use.
2. If The Company is unable to confirm the issuance of the A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER to GOLD CARD members using our set methods, The Company does not guarantee the issuance of that A BATHING APE® PREMIUM VOUCHER.
Article 9 Amendments and abolishment of The Terms
1. The Company may change or abolish part or all of The Terms without prior notice.
2. The customer agrees to all changes or cancellations made by The Company as mentioned in the preceding clause.
