*Please be sure to read it.
・Each person may only apply once. If there are multiple applications, the application will be invalidated.
・There is no right to purchase. There will be a lottery to determine the order of entry.
・Only those who are selected will receive an email containing a numbered entry ticket and a reserve entry ticket.
・Even if you have a numbered admission ticket, you may not be able to purchase the product you want.
・After customers with numbered entrance tickets have been guided, customers with spare entrance tickets will be guided. Please note that products may not be available for customers with reserve tickets.
・On the day of the event, we will ask you to bring a photo ID, passport, driver's license, My Number card and your winning form. If they do not match, you will not be able to enter the store.
(However, copies and photos will be invalid. Expired IDs and IDs without a photo will also be invalid. *Student IDs and Resident Registration Cards are excluded. *Forging official identification is a criminal act. If we are found to be counterfeiting, we may report you to the police. We ask for your understanding.)
・Please inquire at the store about purchase restrictions. (You will be informed of these when you enter the store on the day.)
・Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after purchase.
・Customers who do not have a numbered entry ticket will not be able to purchase.
・At stores that have an advance entry online lottery, there will be no in-store MARVEL lottery on the day.
-If there is a defect in the product, we will not be able to provide a replacement, so we will only be able to provide a refund for any reason.
・We will not allow sales to individuals who do not follow the instructions of security guards or staff, or to individuals purchasing on behalf of others.
・If any trouble occurs, we will stop selling the product immediately.
