It has been 25 years since the release of the animated film "Space Jam," starring Michael Jordan, known as the "God of Basketball." In August 2021, the rebooted film "Space Players," starring LeBron James, arguably the greatest player in NBA history, will be coming to Japan!

LeBron James, a basketball superstar, and his son Don. One day, the two are sucked into the AI super server of the movie company Warner Bros. There, they encounter a "virtual world" inhabited by characters from "Mad Max" and "The Matrix," including King Kong, Batman, and the Joker. Al G. Rhythm (Don Cheadle), a man who plans to rule that world, seduces his son Don, who has gotten lost in the system, and tricks him into playing a game against his father, LeBron. To save his son, he must defeat the digital team (the strongest army of assassins) created by Al G. Rhythm's AI.
