About lottery

We will now explain the rules and precautions regarding queuing.

A lottery will be held at 10am to determine the order in which customers can enter the store.时The drawing will be held from [date/time]. Please note that customers who arrive after the drawing time will not be eligible for the drawing for any reason. 

10 am时We will not distribute numbered tickets to any customers arriving after this point, for any reason whatsoever.
The same will apply to customers who leave the queue.
The lottery ticket is only for determining the order in which customers enter the store and is not a purchase ticket.
Even if you have a lottery ticket, you may not be able to purchase items.
We will also limit the number of people entering the store.
Customers who do not have a lottery ticket will be denied entry regardless of the reason.
After the draw, please wait where you are until instructed by a staff member.
If you leave the line, your entry will be invalidated.
Purchase restrictions for "new products" will be announced on the morning of the release date. 



* Please refrain from lining up early in the morning or late at night, as this will cause inconvenience to neighboring shops and residents.
* After your purchase, please return home promptly and do not linger in the surrounding area.
Our staff conducts regular patrols.
* Please take your food, drinks, cigarettes, and trash with you when you leave.
* If any trouble occurs, such as behavior that disturbs nearby residents, other shops, or other customers, or if customers cut in line, we may abruptly suspend sales. In addition, we will not be able to distribute raffle tickets or sell products to customers who do not follow the instructions of our staff.
* The above sales methods and rules are subject to change depending on the circumstances.
* If you do not follow the instructions of our staff, we reserve the right to refuse your purchase.
* We reserve the right to refuse service if we observe any exchange of money or goods, or any soliciting behavior, inside or outside the store.
*Payment must be made by the person making the purchase.
* We do not accept group payments.
* Please note that any injuries, illnesses, or other incidents will be considered the responsibility of the customers waiting in line or between customers themselves, and the store, operating company, and security company will not be held liable in any way.
