- You cannot download free LINE stamps on devices that have been authenticated with a phone number from a device contracted outside of Japan or on devices that have been authenticated with Facebook.
- You can download the app by going to Home > Settings > Account in the LINE app and setting the phone number of a device registered in Japan.
