About in-store lottery

BAPE STORE®︎ HARAJUKU,BAPE STORE®︎ SHIBUYA,BAPECLUSIVE™ AOYAMA, BAPE®THINK,BAPE STORE®︎ GINZA, BAPE STORE®︎ KYOTO will hold a lottery to determine the order of entry into the store starting at 10:00 AM on the release date.


Notes on queuing
A lottery to determine the order in which customers can enter the store will be held starting at 10:00 AM.
Please note that customers who arrive after the lottery time will not be eligible for the lottery for any reason.
A lottery will be held to determine the order of customers' entering the store at10:00 am on the launch date of the store.

We will not distribute numbered tickets to customers arriving after 10:00 AM, regardless of the reason.
The same will apply to customers who leave the queue.
The lottery ticket is only for determining the order in which customers enter the store and is not a purchase ticket.
Even if you have a lottery ticket, you may not be able to purchase items.
We will also limit the number of people entering the store.
Customers who do not have a lottery ticket will be denied entry regardless of the reason.
After the lottery, please wait where you are until instructed by staff. If you leave the line, your entry will be invalidated.
Purchase restrictions for "new products" will be announced on the morning of the release date.

・Please refrain from lining up early in the morning or late at night as it will cause inconvenience to neighboring stores and residents.
・After purchasing, please do not hang out in the surrounding area and return home promptly. Our staff will be patrolling the area.
・Please take your food, drinks, cigarettes, trash, etc. home with you.
- If any trouble occurs, such as behavior that causes inconvenience to local residents, other stores, or other customers, or behavior that cuts in line, we may have to suddenly cancel the sale.
Additionally, we will not be able to distribute lottery tickets or sell products to customers who do not comply with our staff's instructions.
・The above sales methods and rules may be changed depending on the situation.
・If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will not be able to make a purchase.
・If we observe any exchange of money or goods or soliciting, whether inside or outside the store, we will refuse to allow you to make sales.
・Only the person in question can pay the bill.
Group payments are not accepted.
・Please note that any injuries or illnesses that occur will be considered the responsibility of the customers waiting in line or between the customers, and the store, operating company, and security company will not be held responsible in any way.


・Do not line up during late or early hours as it may trouble the neighboring buildings.
・Please do not loiter around the surrounding buildings, BAPE® Staff will be monitoring the area.
・Take home your cigarettes, left over food & drink, and any other garbage in your possession.
・Any trouble such as cutting in line, threats, harassment, abuse, annoyance, or any other behavior deemed inappropriate by BAPE® staff may lead to cancellation of the item or collection launch. BAPE® reserves the right to refuse sale/raffle tickets to any customer who do not follow BAPE® Staff instructions.
・Only customers who line up or receive a raffle ticket are eligible to purchase the launch product. BAPE® staff reserves the right to refuse sale/raffle tickets to any customers seen handing off money in or around the store.
・When purchasing the launch item, please refrain from paying for the item in place of its intended owner.
・Refrain from purchasing items in a group, paying together is prohibited.
・The store, administrative company and security company will not assume any responsibility for your injury, illness or disputes that may arise during the queue or even any disputes between customers. Thank you for your attention.


・Evacuation of nearby residents, unnecessary inconvenience, and unnecessary evacuation of troops outside the store late at night and early morning.
(If the head office is not available, the lottery method will be determined first, so the lottery method will be decided at the next store, but only if there is a designated guest. Participating lottery will be held before the departure time.)

・Payment must be made by the customer himself/herself.
・Customers must pay their own terms and conditions.
