Notes on queuing
A lottery to determine the order in which customers enter the store will be held from 10:00 a.m.
Please note that customers who arrive after the lottery time will not be eligible for the lottery for any reason.
A lottery will be held to determine the order of customers' entering the store at 10:00 am on the launch date of the store.
We will not distribute numbered tickets to customers who arrive after 10:00 a.m., regardless of the reason. This also applies to customers who leave the line.
The lottery ticket is only used to determine the order in which you can enter the store, and is not a purchase ticket. Even if you have a lottery ticket, you may not be able to purchase anything.
We will also limit the number of people entering the store.
Customers who do not have a lottery ticket will be denied entry regardless of the reason.
After the lottery, please wait where you are until instructed by staff. If you leave the line, your entry will be invalidated.
Purchase restrictions for "new products" will be announced on the morning of the release date.

・Please refrain from lining up early in the morning or late at night as it will cause inconvenience to neighboring stores and residents.
・After purchasing, please do not hang out in the surrounding area and return home promptly. Our staff will be patrolling the area.
・Please take your food, drinks, cigarettes, trash, etc. home with you.
- If any trouble occurs, such as behavior that causes inconvenience to local residents, other stores, or other customers, or behavior that cuts in line, we may have to suddenly cancel the sale.
Additionally, we will not be able to distribute lottery tickets or sell products to customers who do not comply with our staff's instructions.

BAPE® reserves the right to refuse sale/raffle tickets to any customer who do not follow BAPE® Staff instructions.
・Only customers who line up or receive a raffle ticket are eligible to purchase the launch product. BAPE® staff reserves the right to refuse sale/raffle tickets to any customers seen handing off money in or around the store.
・When purchasing the launch item, please refrain from paying for the item in place of its intended owner.
・Refrain from purchasing items in a group, paying together is prohibited.
・The store, administrative company and security company will not assume any responsibility for your injury, illness or disputes that may arise during the queue or even any disputes between customers. Thank you for your attention.
