The lights were then dimmed and the show began, with a carefully curated LED screen projecting a "Siheyuan" (a traditional Chinese four-sided courtyard).BAPE®With the label and its sub-labels' Autumn/Winter 2024 collections taking to the stage, the iconic building of ancient Chinese tradition was transformed into a sensory experience, with vibrant scenes evoking classical aesthetics.
Within the comprehensive layout of the Siheyuan architecture, which symbolizes unity, mythical creatures such as the Azure Dragon and the White Tiger, traditional elements such as elegant gardens and palaces, and national motifs such as ink painting and blue and white porcelain seamlessly blend with visual stories such as the brand's iconic camouflage, ape heads, and shark motifs. An audio-visual spectacle utilizing cutting-edge LED technology was deployed, showcasing a harmonious world where classic and contemporary, nature and technology are fused. Each piece transcends the boundaries of fashion and becomes an artistic expression of cutting-edge street style in dialogue with ancient Chinese traditions.

One of the highlights isBAPE®has invited Korean-born fashion designer Baek Ye-jin, better known as MLMA (Me Love Me A Lot), as the guest designer for the showpiece.SHARK HOODIEInspired by this, she reimagined BABY MILO®, giving it shark fin-like ears and creating shark-inspired eyewear.

Inspired by iconic ice hockey jerseys, helmets and protectors, the collection reimagines them through AAPE's imaginative design language, proposing a lifestyle with a strong American retro aesthetic.
Featuring a focus on colors such as navy blue, burgundy, deep khaki and ginger yellow, the collection incorporates special techniques such as jacquard weaving and laser cutting, as well as innovative materials, injecting the passion and athletic aesthetic of the sport of ice hockey into modern streetwear silhouettes.

High-end line,BAPE BLACK® continues to push the boundaries of high fashion and jewelry design.
The core theme, "BLACK ROCK RIDER," infuses exquisite craftsmanship with the rebellious spirit of rock music and motorcycle culture.
Retro classics like the Harrington jacket and biker jacket are brought to life alongside luxurious status-signaling herringbone tweed on double-breasted suits and baseball jackets, while key pieces like traditional kimonos and Yokosuka jackets are embroidered with Japanese sashiko embroidery, exuding rustic tribal charm.
The collection is decorated with dazzling pearls, vibrant diamonds, metal parts, and other details, such as pockets, zippers, and buttons. Models who appeared at the Shanghai Fall/Winter 2024 runway show wore agate silver rings and natural pearl necklaces, and carried Chinese wooden boxes and snuff boxes as accessories. Images of Amur tigers and bonsai trees were projected on the LED screen with dynamic brushstrokes reminiscent of Chinese ink paintings, creating a luxurious atmosphere full of oriental poetry.
