BAPE® x88RISING

A BATHING APE® (hereinafter,BAPE®) and 88rising have announced their collaboration through the release of an exclusive mixtape and capsule collection celebrating 88rising's 10th anniversary.

This collection is inspired by the California suburbs, the hometown of 88rising founder Sean Miyashiro, and combines the taste of 90s and 2000s streetwear.BAPE®It combines classic designs from the likes of , and is the perfect tribute to street culture, where fashion and music intersect.

The lineup includesBAPE STA™ classic design,SHARK Limited edition items such as the STA, tracksuit, shark hoodie, and T-shirt are available. Design elements from both brands are layered against a backdrop of dusk-to-night tones that capture the brilliant California sunset.

Glow-in-the-dark details evoke an "after-hours" atmosphere, with music playing until the early hours.

The lookbook features Rich Brian and Nona as models, the first Indonesian girl group to be featured in a global fashion campaign.

"88rising x BAPE®The mixtape will also be released as a limited edition vinyl. Singles will be released in advance at the end of August 2025, with the full version to be released in November.

Additionally, a special series of Ape Head T-shirts designed by 88rising artists Rich Brian, MILLI, Higher Brothers, Spence Lee, Warren Hue, and Jonah Love will also be available as collector's items.

The collaboration debuted at the Head In The Clouds 2025 music festival and featured a pop-up activation at Brookside at the Rose Bowl. "88rising x BAPE® The first look of the "10 Years of 88 Collection" has been released. Artist Jonah Love wore a shirt from the collection during his stage performance at the festival.
